After experimenting with rough materials like Styrofoam and concrete, I began exploring clay in 2024. What drew me in was the possibility of detail and color, while still retaining a sense of rawness. At first, I used ceramic objects mainly within my collages, but they are increasingly becoming works in their own right—something I’m excited to keep developing. Clay is a material I feel far from finished with.
